Education Qualification
P.H.N.
- Basic FHW / ANM course should be passed from an institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council. Must be registered with Gujarat Nursing Council. Must have Certificate of Basic Computer Course. Must have 3 years experience in health sector.
- OR
- B.Sc. The course of Nursing should be done from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Must be registered with Gujarat Nursing Council. Must have Basic Computer Course Certificate, 1 year experience in Healthcare.
- OR
- Candidate should have done Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery course from an institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council. Must have 2 years experience in health field.

Staff Nurse / Brother under National Health Mission
- B.Sc. from a government recognized institute. Degree in Nursing or Diploma in GNM course.
- Registration with the Nursing Council should be mandatory.
Midwifery
- Basic B.Sc (Nursing) degree from an institution recognized by the Nursing Council of India.
- Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing) degree from an institution recognized by the Nursing Council of India.
- Must have obtained Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from an institution recognized by Nursing Council of India or Gujarat Nursing Council and Post Basic Diploma in Nursing Practitioner Midwifery from an institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
Pharmacist
- Degree or Diploma should be done by a government recognized institution and their registration should be in Gujarat Pharmacist Council. Preference will be given to those who have experience in pharmacy operations in hospital / dispensary.
Pharmacist cum Data Assistant under the National Child Health Program
- Must have a degree course from a government recognized university.
- Registration should be mandatory in Pharmacy Council of Gujarat.
- Must have completed CCC course or Computer General Knowledge course.
Lab. Technician
- Must have a B.Sc. degree with major in Chemistry or Microbiology. Preference will be given to a candidate who has done MSc with Organic Chemistry or Microbiology. Certificate of Laboratory Technician Trending Course of a recognized institute or Medical College under the State of Gujarat has to be submitted. Candidates will have to submit a certificate of practical experience of laboratory work.
Cold Chain Technician
Standard 10 pass must be passed compulsorily.
Must have at least 2 years of maintenance experience of Refrigerator and Air Conditioners from Government approved ITI.
Must have general knowledge of computer.

- Staff Nurse / Brother under National Health Mission : Rs. 13,000/-
- Midwifery : Rs. 30,000/-
- Pharmacist : Rs. 11,000/-
- Pharmacist cum Data Assistant under the National Child Health Program : Rs. 13,000/-
- Lab. Technician : Rs. 11,000/-
- Cold Chain Technician : Rs. 10,000/-
